Pequeño restaurante pero grande en sabor. Rica comida con sabor al Perú. Buen servicio, limpio, familiar, linda decoración y buena atención al cliente por Anais.
This is awesome Peruvian food and you can't get a better location... the cebiche KOUSINE is worth every penny!
My friends and I had dinner at Kuisine for the first time while vacationing in Fort Lauderdale. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. Seafood paella, quinoa salad, steak and chicken skewers were all delicious. Our server was phenomenal and definitely kudos to the chef Danny Kou. Highly recommend!
We were visiting Fort Lauderdale for four days, stumbled upon Kousine. The food was so tremendous we ate there 3 times! Everything was fresh, savory and delicious!!! You can't go wrong here.
This place was incredible. Small but the food was just incredible. I've had Sushi before but nothing compared to what I ate at
Tremendous!!! We ate here 3 times in the 4 days we were visiting Fort Lauderdale. Everything we tried was very savory, fresh and incredibly delicious!!!
Excellent food and service! Great to experience the Peruvian Kusine. The chocolate raspberry mousse was out of this world served in mason jar!!
This place is awesome for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Feel free to take-out if you just don’t have the time to dine-in! The Pescado a lo Macho is the best!
The food, service and atmosphere were amazing! Being vegan its hard to find restaurants to serve my needs but kousine did a fantastic job! My boyfriend, friends and I really enjoyed there breakfast and will definitely be back for more!!
This is an incredible new restaurant. Nearly everything on the menu is delicious. The flavors and combinations top that of some of the best restaurants I've been to around the globe. The restaurant is small and unassuming but boy is the food off the charts. Plus if you want drinks it is byob (with a wine shop next door) with no corkage. So this place really 100pc about the food right now. Don't miss this good value restaurant before they realize how great they are and reopen somewhere else as an upscale establishment. I predict that's where they will be in a year.
This new restaurant opened February 1 and I am so grateful to Yelp for helping me find this extraordinarily fabulous restaurant on the ocean in Fort Lauderdale. True Peruvian dishes in a lovely restaurant with a waitstaff that is friendly and helpful.
The fresh ingredients and love of Chef Danny Kou result in perfectly flavored food
We sat inside for dinner. There is outdoor seating as well. We had the cebiche clasico with fried calamari. The dish was perfection. Followed by tiradito nikkei ( seared ahi tuna). Each bite was so delicious I could actually eat this dish every day. That good!
Next was arroz con maricos. Peruvian style seafood paella with shrimp, mussels and calamari. Loved this hearty dish.
We ended with a dessert called choco passion : chocolate mousse, passion fruit mousse, crumble and strawberry sauce. Ending the meal with a WOW! A mason jar filled with a layering of heaven.
This restaurant is so good we plan on returning tomorrow for lunch
No joke. That perfect
BTW NO TIP WAS ADDED BY RESTAURANT as previous Yelper stated.
Every little detail of the food and atmosphere was fabulous. Chef Danny Kou came to each table, offered recommendations when asked, and made guests feel comfortable. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. The food here is just amazing!! A must if you are in Ft Lauderdale. Just delicious!
Everything in this place is amazing! The food, the location and the service, all on point! The ceviche was fresh and had great flavor, so did the calamari. La papa a la huancaina excellent flavor, bien criollo and delicious! Arroz con mariscos delicious as well. We ordered all that and shared it, it was a great experience and cant wait to go back. The dessert, mmmmmm soooooo gooood! I have been dreaming about it, perfect combinations of texture and flavor (mazamorra morada with quinoa con leche instead of rice and quinoa pop on top) just amazing! Highly recommend it!
Unique, interesting food, with a real global mix of flavors. If I lived in the neighborhood I would run through the menu and order everything. Since I don't, sadly, I can just say that the lunch my friend and I had was one of the best meals I've had in months. Also very pleasant ambiance, good service, and you can't beat the location across the street from the beach!
Went with a group of four for breakfast. Great outdoor seating with views of the ocean. Friendly service. Unique food choices for affordable price, highly highly recommend. Omelet, creme brûlée French toast, pork sandwich, a Peruvian omelet, all great. Clean, open kitchen.
This place truly exceeded my expectations. Chef Danny Kou clearly comes from a remarkable background because he explained the preparation of his dishes with eloquence. It's obvious that he is passionate about Peruvian food and he easily brings out the best of it in his restaurant. I really enjoyed the ceviche and the crunchy quinoa dessert. There's so much to try out, I'll definitely come back for more.
Wonerful meal! Wonderful service!
Aside from the great beach front view, the food was Absolutely Delicious!
Had the best Quinoa Salad and Causa I've had in South Florida. And have lived here for almost 5 years.
Great food!! Great location!! Beach view!!
The Food is simply “Amazing”, I can’t wait to go back to try their Lomo saltado!!! The ceviche with calamari was so fresh and delicious... Just like they made it back home in Lima, Perú.
The service is supper attentive and food is delicious. We ordered seafood paella and we loved it. They have a special drink which was extract from purple corn and fruits. This is a must try. I never had this at other Peruvian restaurant. The dessert is great too. We enjoyed our lunch there.
